People Are Part of the Landscape.

The story of Estancia Tecka has always been shaped by the people who call this region home.

Alongside long-term employment, new community programs are helping preserve traditional wool craftsmanship while creating meaningful economic opportunities for local families.

Estancia Tecka employs local families from the surrounding area, work that has supported the community around the town of Tecka for generations. We’re currently developing a training program in the town itself, teaching wool craft to turn our organic wool into unique, handmade pieces — work that creates a livelihood, not just a byproduct.

Caring for the land also means caring for its people.
