A trip to Estancia Tecka is not only about the fishing. The geography of its location makes for unique sunsets, with endless skies that could be easily confused with those of Montana. Stunning unmatchable landscapes, native wild animals such as foxes, lesser rheas, guanacos, armadillos and more are a common sight, along with Andean condors that patrol the skies in search for food.

Get a taste of local grass fed meat and a merino lamb bbq cooked in a water wheel driven rotisserie by the riverside courtesy of the chef, who specializes in Argentinian local foods and served by the Tecka staff who will take care of you.

At the end of every fishing day, you can share a drink by the outdoor open fire pit while observing the last beam of sunlight, and right after that, the skies more full of stars you´ve ever seen will show up while you wait for a typical Argentinian dish.

“Great trip for the 11th or 12th time, a 28 inch rainbow was a special treat on the upper Corcovado today. See you as long as I can make it.”
